I Thought I'd Wasted My Money On Rust Crates

I opened 19 High Quality Crates and 1 High Quality Bag hoping to get something worth talking about. For most of the opening, things weren't looking great. The crates kept handing out the usual collection of skins and I was starting to think the whole thing had been a complete waste. Then the final item appeared.
