Lower Body Workout with Heavy Weights & Step (Strength + Cardio)
This lower body workout will take you 25 minutes to complete. After a 3-minute "warm up" (three gentler exercises to ease you into the tough stuff) you'll alternate between heavy strength and bodyweight cardio. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. You rest for 30 seconds after each section and get a full minute to recover at the halfway point.
