Cúc đồng tiền –cách trồng và chăm sóc để cây ra hoa liên tục Gerbera daisies growing and care guide

Language used: Vietnamese Gerbera daisy, a beautiful ornamental flower with positive feng shui meaning such as bringing money and luck, just understand what they need and you will have a pot of gerbera daisy that blooms all year round, in addition, gerbera daisy is in the group of top air-purifying ornamental plants. However, there are still many people who think that gerbera daisy is difficult to care for, after the flowering period when the plant is bought from the ornamental plant store, the plant no longer blooms, gradually loses strength and dies. Because each plant has its own characteristics, and today I would like to share with you how to plant and care for a pot of gerbera daisy so that the plant is healthy and blooms continuously. I grow from a mature plant, and the ornamental plant stores sell plants that are flowering. Choose a healthy pot with both blooming flowers and buds to make taking care of the plant more motivating. You need to choose a pot with smooth green leaves and no pests. Planting pot, you need to choose a pot size with a height of at least 25 cm, because the gerbera daisy has many roots and the diameter of the pot must be larger than the pot of the tree to be strong enough for the gerbera daisy to grow. The type of fertilizer I use is a mixture of compost, in which there is 1 part of humus soil from 30 to 40%, the rest is coconut peat, cow dung, rice husk ash and rice husk. The soil needs to have average to good drainage, because the plant needs water but does not tolerate waterlogging. Pour a layer of soil into the bottom of the pot, press that layer of soil firmly. Now I will open the pot of the gerbera daisy for you to see. The soil of the pot is quite similar to the soil I am using to plant them. Gently shake off some of the soil in the pot that sticks to the roots, the purpose is to make the roots adapt to the new growing environment, not confined within the scope of the original soil pot. The rest is just to straighten and add soil, you should press the soil into the pot a little bit tightly, although after 6 months the soil will be compacted and lie quite deep under the surface of the pot. Remember to water after planting, wash the pot and water the plant at the same time. After planting, place the plant in a sunny place, just limit the plant from being exposed to the midday sun. Here, I put it under the canopy of the Sapa rose tree. You should not place the plant in a completely shady place, if you have the mentality that the newly planted plant needs to recover, you should not bring it out into the sun but leave it in a completely shady place, your plant will not have enough ability to photosynthesize to help the plant grow, but on the contrary, it will make it easier for pests to attack. This is a picture of a pot of plants that was planted 2 days ago, you see that when it is sunny, the chrysanthemums droop, even the leaves wither. Meanwhile, the yellow flower plant has been planted for a long time, so the flowers and leaves are still standing tall in the sun. But don't worry, the tree will bloom again in the cool afternoon. Because the tree has a lot of flowers, you need to choose the flowers that are almost wilted and cut them off, cut close to the stem near the junction with the tree trunk. Next is about fertilizer, I use foliar fertilizer with Chitosan to help the tree not only receive nutrients through the leaves, chitosan also helps the tree prevent fungal diseases. You mix about 5ml in a 2 liter bottle. You spray evenly on the surface of the leaves. You see a plastic bag covering the flower buds to help the flower buds not be affected by foliar fertilizer. Because you grow in pots, you usually do that, if you grow in the garden or grow flowers in large quantities, no one bothers to wrap each flower bud before spraying fertilizer. Spray foliar fertilizer about once every 1 to 2 months, once a month or once every 2 months depends on how you observe the tree. For example, the leaf sign on the screen means the tree is lacking nutrients, when measuring you need to add fertilizer. In addition to foliar fertilizer, I also use base fertilizer, fertilize once every 3 months, I choose slow-release Rynan fertilizer to fertilize, here I dig a hole a little far from the base of the tree, then pour the fertilizer in and fill the soil, each pot I dig about 3 holes to put the fertilizer in. Periodically about every 6 months you need to add soil fertilizer to the pot, here I use cow manure to add fertilizer, cow manure needs to be composted. Loosen the soil around the edge of the pot and push it close to the base of the tree, so that the edge of the pot is close to the edge of the pot, you pour cow manure there. You should not put pure cow manure close to the base of the tree, the tree will be shaken by the fertilizer and wilt, sometimes even die. This is a sun-loving plant that cannot withstand drought, so you need to water it every day, give it enough water, don'...
