Dehydrated Sweet Potatoes/고구마 말랭이
Ingredients and steps: 1. Wash the sweet potatoes 2. Bake the sweet potatoes 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 400 F 3. Remove from oven and flip over the sweet potatoes then bake another 20-25 minutes 4. Let it cool down completely 5. Peel the skins 6. Slice vertically in 8 pieces 7. Dehydrate in the dehydrator for 10 hours at 140 F 8. Flip it over and dehydrate another 2-5 hours. 9. Let it cool down completely 10. Store in the Ziploc bag in the refrigerator Enjoy and don’t forget to share :)
