Green Petrified Wood at Hampton Butte: Rockhounding Oregon #thefinders

On a warm autumn day we drove out to Hampton Butte, in Central Oregon, to find the prized Green Petrified Wood and limb casts. What we found was an amazing old growth Juniper Forest with beautiful scenery and, of course, petrified wood of all colors, including green. In addition, there were Jaspers and Agates to enjoy and we end up cutting the material at the end of the video to get a peek into the incredible insides of the finds!
