Li River Cruise: Sunburn, Stardom, and Vegan Finds漓江独行记：绝美山水、异乡面孔与意外的纯素餐厅

28th August 2020. Braving the scorching heat, I secured a spot on a Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo. I spent most of the journey on deck, completely mesmerized by the breathtaking, world-class landscape. Being a rare foreign face during the pandemic, I turned quite a few heads and posed for plenty of photos! Arriving in Yangshuo a bit dehydrated, I was thrilled to stumble upon an American-run vegan restaurant.
