Hawaiian Shirts: A Signature Summer Item Bants' original Hawaiian shirts, which are much loved every summer, have been released. Once again, we carried out the weaving and processing directly in Daegu, the city of textiles, and have been preparing for a long time, traveling back and forth to Daegu since last winter. Since Hawaiian shirts were originally born under the influence of Japanese kimono fabrics, they are characterized by the use of silk or rayon materials, patterns inspired by Hawaii's nature, and buttons featuring coconut, wood, and mother-of-pearl. Bants' Hawaiian shirts have naturally incorporated these elements as well. We expressed the authentic atmosphere of a Hawaiian shirt by using a lotus motif textile pattern designed in-house, coconut buttons, and a rayon blend fabric. In particular, this textile was produced so that the pattern is formed during the weaving process on a jacquard loom, rather than through a typical printing method. Thanks to this, you can feel a sense of depth and a luxurious texture that resembles embroidered flowers, rather than just a printed pattern. This season features the most beloved Jade Green, as well as deep Navy and Mocha shades. We have prepared colors with distinct charms, ranging from subtle shades of brown.
