Portal 2 Portal Placement Never Fail OOB No SLA TAS in 11:49.133

A TAS of Portal 2 with Portal Placement Never Fails (allows the placement of portals anywhere) for a final time of 11:49.133. NOTE: The "betsrighter" glitch, a glitch where invincibility is kept during the wake-up cutscene, was mistakenly left on. In order to avoid a re-run, it was decided to keep the betsrighter invincibility state, but leave it unutilized. This run follows the "Portal Placement Never Fails Out Of Bounds No SLA" ruleset, where the console command "sv_portal_placement_never_fails" is set to "1" at all times.
