From young children to adults Why? When you need energy need to improve your health, relieve one or more pains need to smile again need to face a stressful situation, whether in your professional and/or personal life or at school need to have self-confidence on a particular subject need to release emotions related to a past event. How? For each meridian, I will invite you to perform a movement and associate phrases related to your goal. It will therefore be important to repeat the words you have chosen while performing the actions I will show you. Define your goal For you, this could be: I am confident in front of my boss I say what I think to my best friend I position myself within my family I free myself from guilt I walk easily, I use my arms as I wish: if, for example, you have pain I am calm in front of my in-laws I am comfortable during my job interview For children/teenagers, this could be: I confidently recite my recitation in front of the class I say NO when I am bothered at school I happily raise my hand to participate in class The dance of the 14 muscles Conception vessel - supraspinatus muscle It is the ability to combine all the movements, which allow you to maintain and build your life at every moment. Governing Vessel - Teres Major Muscle The Governing Vessel allows us to gather all the movements of life within us. It acts like a rudder. In which direction do I want to move forward in my life? Stomach Meridian - Pectoralis Major (clavicular) Muscle The Stomach Meridian allows us to integrate new concepts and absorb information that must first be digested and then assimilated. It is linked to the notion of satisfaction. Spleen/Pancreas Meridian - Latissimus Dorsi Muscle This meridian is linked to overthinking and rumination. Excessive mental focus traps us in our thoughts to the detriment of our heart.
