Hey guys! I had been wanting to make another voice claims video for awhile, so here it is! I hope you guys enjoy! Some notes! I 100% spelled "Noriaki Sugiyama" wrong. Whoops. My bad. And I know Lucy appeared in my other voice claims video, but I've always had a Japanese voice claim for him as well that I didn't include in the other video.
