http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug The African Union Peacekeeping Mission to Somalia, AMISOM will soon make five years in the war weary country. The mandate of the Transitional Federal Government headed by President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed was recently renewed for another one year. Security is a key area that president Sharif, AMISOM and the international community are working to improve. And they have made gains. About 70 per cent of Mogadishu city - atleast eight districts are under AMISOM forces.
