But Cancer the crab doesn't do direct action, more like sideways, gradual build ups of action, like waves gently eroding the side of a cliff over time. Our intuition is heightened and our motivations come from the heart rather than external influences. The Sun in Cancer creates cautiously and if we feel emotionally secure and in control, we can draw on remarkable hidden depths of healing. But we should tread carefully, because if we feel threatened, we can close up and hide away, or lash out preemptively. Mercury and Jupiter are also in Cancer, amplifying our sensitivity. Communication can be hesitant with strangers but our passion for justice can expand.
