Windrad im Bau... aber wo ist der Stromanschluss?
A common question in the comments was: Are wind turbines actually connected to the power grid – and if so, where? In this video, I show you on-site whether the cables run to the foundation and what the current connection looks like. The special thing about this is: These cables are only visible during the construction phase. Once the wind turbine is finished, the cables disappear completely underground. The electricity will later be transmitted from the wind turbine underground to the substation and fed into the grid there. More videos about the wind turbines in the Westerwald region will follow.
