Girls from Oz: Travel Programs (2010 - 2024)

Celebrating 15 years of the Girls from Oz Travel Program in 2025! The g-oz Travel Program sees 30 g-oz participants from across remote Australia: Halls Creek (WA), Bidyadanga (WA), Lockhart River (QLD) and Kowanyama (QLD), embark on a week-long visit to the heart of an Australian capital city. Participants experience a week of tailored educational and vocational workshops; mentoring activities; as well as the unique experience of performing on stage alongside the Australian Girls Choir at some of Australia's most iconic venues. The program’s itinerary aims to expand horizons in the performing arts and, most importantly, inspire and encourage participants to explore and consider future education and employment pathways on their journey to success.
