WILSON’S WIFE - PART II Original airdate: 4-12-59 In the final part of this story, Vera Wilson (played by Loretta Young) is faced with the realization that her self-indulgence to alcohol is threatening her lifestyle and her health and makes a real attempt to rebuild her crumbling world. Her husband, (portrayed by Claude Akins) however is most indignant when Vera's psychiatrist partially blames him for her alcohol addiction. After several visits to the psychiatrist her husband comes to a decision. He makes his wife an executive in a branch of his business, thus restoring her self-confidence. Claude Akins is best remembered as Sheriff Lobo in the 1970s TV series B. J. and the Bear. Other cast members include Joseph Wiseman, Addison Richards and Joan Sudlow.
