You’ll move through three full-body circuits for two rounds using a descending time scheme (40/20 → 30/15) designed to challenge your endurance, power, and control — helping you build lean muscle, boost strength, and keep your metabolism elevated long after you finish. 👉🏼 I’m using a set of 7.5kg/16.5 lbs but you can adjust based on what you have.
