The SMD Ultra Single XL Fuse Block is our TOP OF THE LINE series when it comes to ANL Fuse Blocks! Starting with a thick 3/4" HDPE CNC milled baseplate, a giant slab of aluminum on each end with double stainless steel set pins will keep your wire tight and in place for maximum contact with the block. More stainless fasteners will keep the fuse snug in place and resist heat build up that can happen with an inferior connection. These blocks can easily accomodate 1/0, 2/0 and even up to 4/0 power/ground cable. Machined, recessed inlets allow the wire jacket to countersink into the block which makes for a super clean install without any unsightly copper wires showing (up to 2/0). Ultra Series ground/distro and split blocks have several inlets that are made for 4ga and 2/0 cable but you can use smaller or slightly larger wire no problem at all with them! Aluminum/ABS standoffs made in house will keep the 3/16" clear acrylic lid firmly in place with 4 more stainless steel fasteners.
