My suggested art supplies (Amazon Affiliate link): https://www.amazon.com/shop/amandasde... After my other straw blown piece, I decided to do some coasters. These turned out so beautifully! I used leftover paint that I had from the feather bookmarks; white for the background and magenta, turquoise and purple. On two of the coasters I poured the colors individually to blow and on the other two, I layered the colors a little but and they all turned out nicely in different way. To finish these up, I used some gold leaf to embellish them. The coasters will get a few coats of resin to finish them up. The resin will really make the colors pop! I plan on doing this technique some more on some larger pieces, so if there is a color palette you would like to see, please let me know in the comments!
