Probably one of the best speakers you can get for a desktop. They can even be used as studio monitors. If you want to add a sub, this can do that too. It does it better than any other speaker I have seen since it puts a high-pass filter as well as a low-pass filter. Most speakers just let the main speakers run full-range. What that means is when you hook up a powered sub to these, the main speakers can play louder, the amp is less stressed and can deliver more dynamics.
