Forbidden Tomb - onride POV Rock Concert Finale (Chessington World of Adventures 1994 - 2001)

Forbidden Tomb was a dark ride attraction operating at Chessington World of Adventures Theme park in the United Kingdom. The ride opened on the 25th of March 1994 along with the Forbidden Kingdom area, and it took guests on a tour of an egyptian tomb. Forbidden Tomb operated for seven years before closing in 2001, as the horror content was considered too scary for Chessington's new family target audience. This video shows the epic rock concert finale in its original state. This scene was sadly lost to the "Tomb Blaster" retheme in 2002, which replaced this epic scene with a snake that turns its head... The song is called "Juke Box Jewel" and was composed by Graham Smart.
