Dayton Ultimax II UMII18-22 Test and Review in a Sealed Enclosure
In this video I construct a sealed enclosure for the 18" Ultimax II and test the performance in my new home theater room. We look at the T/S parameters, nearfield response, in room response, and overall construction of the driver. I use the Dayton DATs and Omnimic systems to do this. I am not sponsored by Dayton even if it looks like it. Spoiler alert, this is a very nice subwoofer, even when compared to Skar, Stereo Integrity, SB Audience, Sundown Audio, and others. This is a very nice sub whether you go ported or sealed.
