Navigating FAFSA and Financial Aid

Learn about the FAFSA process and deadlines, and then how to understand a financial aid offer after you’ve been admitted, from Matt Newlin, the former Director of Rural Initiatives at College Advising Corps. This session was offered as part of the #CollegeForAll Fair, a unique, virtual college fair offered in June 2021 and designed especially for first-generation students. The Fair featured 37 institutions who have shown a strong commitment to creating a nurturing environment for first-generation students. The Fair was organized by a coalition of youth-serving organizations across the U.S. For more information, visit the website at https://collegeforallfair.org.
