POLRI OFFICIALLY OPENS 55TH CLASS OF SIP EDUCATION, TRANSFORMATION TOWARDS OFFICERS BASED ON MORALITY AND LITERACY SUKABUMI – The Head of the Indonesian National Police Education and Training Institute (Kalemdiklat), Inspector General of Police Dr. Achmad Kartiko, S.I.K., M.H., officially opened the 55th Class of the Police Inspector School (SIP) and the 11th Class of the Special Intelligence SIP for the 2026 Fiscal Year. The opening ceremony, held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Soetadi Ronodipuro Field, Jl. Bhayangkara No. 116, Karamat, Sukabumi, marked the beginning of a crucial transformation phase for thousands of non-commissioned officers selected for promotion to the rank of First Officer of the Indonesian National Police. This year's training program was attended by a total of 1,849 students, with the following breakdown: 1. 55th Class of Special Intelligence Training: 1,799 students, consisting of 1,699 male police officers (Polki) and 100 female police officers (Polwan); 2. 11th Class of Special Intelligence Training: 50 students, consisting of 49 Polki and 1 Polwan. These participants are personnel who have passed a rigorous selection process based on their hard work, dedication, and loyalty while on duty in the field. The Head of the Indonesian National Police Education and Training Center emphasized that this year's training program carries the strategic theme: "Building the Priority of Police Education Based on Morals and Literacy to Support Food Sovereignty, Energy, and a Productive and Inclusive Economy Program." The main focus of this curriculum covers three important pillars: 1. Moral Virtue: Making the Tribrata and Catur Prasetya values ​​the primary foundation for developing the character of officers who are humanistic, honest, and have integrity; 2. Literacy Intelligence: Students are trained not only in police technical skills, but also in digital literacy to deal with online provocation, as well as specific literacy skills to support food security; 3. National Contribution (Asta Cita): The Indonesian National Police (Polri) is committed to supporting the country's priority programs, including monitoring fertilizer distribution, agricultural land development, and securing the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program through the Free Food Production Centers (SPPG).
