What Does it Mean to be in the NSMP Category of Uterine Cancer?

Stephanie Gaillard, MD PHD, Director, Gynecologic Cancer Trials and Co-Director, Developmental Therapeutics/Phase I Clinical Trials Program, Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Gaillard will explain what the No Specific Molecular Profile (NSMP) category of endometrial/uterine cancer is and tell us about the research that is going on in the various subcategories of NSMP. The NSMP molecular category includes molecular mutations that don’t fit into the three other categories: POLE Ultramutated, MS-H, Copy number high/P53 mutated. Some of the common attributes of the NSMP category are: pMMR, MS-I Stable (aka MS-S), Copy number low, ER+ PR+, HER2-, PIK3ca, KRAS, PTEN, CTNNB1, L1CAM, or others. ▶️ Presenter: Stephanie Gaillard, MD PHD Director, Gynecologic Cancer Trials and Co-Director, Developmental Therapeutics/Phase I Clinical Trials Program, Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center ▶️ Access our FREE services about uterine or endometrial cancer at: sharecancersupport.org/uterine-cancer/ ▶️ Subscribe to our newsletter: sharecancersupport.org/newsletter/ ▶️ Learn from our endometrial/uterine cancer experts in our playlist: https://bit.ly/4cc05sm ▶️ Follow us on social media: Instagram: instagram.com/sharecancersupport/ Facebook: facebook.com/SHARECancerSupport LinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/share-cancer-support/ #sharecancersupport #uterinecancer #uterinecancertreatment #cancertreatments
