His Place of Birth was Village Moodhaan, Taluka Liapur(Lakhpat) District Kutch Bhuj Gujrat Province India. After some time of living in Moondhan, Ustad Mitho Kachi and his family migrated to Aamara goth in Bhuj Kutch. Then Ustad Mitho Kachi and their family migrated to Pakistan and they move to Village Raaj Malak situated near Jati. Then they move to Pir Jo Goth near Badin. Then they move to khado near Tando Bago. Then they move to Village Qabil Jokhio near Badin. In the last part of his life ustad mitho kachi moved to Tando Muhammad Khan. Ustad Mitho Kachi Has Five Brothers & Two Sisters. Ustad Muhammad, Ustad Haji Usman, Ustad Muhammad Hashim Kachi, Muhammad Yousuf. One of the son of the sister of ustad mitho kachi was singing in the group for many years, his name was ustad Haji Din Muhammad. Ustad Haji Usman was His Elder Brother and he was also a greatest classical vocalist. Ustad Muhammad Hashim Kachi was a Greatest Pakwaz(Dholak) Nawaz.
