Episode 2: Cooking Samp with Pressure Cooker//Pressure Cooker Recipes🇿🇦

Samp is one of the common dishes(staples) cooked in South Africa. It is made from dried, coarsely chopped corn and it's often served with beans but you can have it with meat stew or salads. It's a good source of fibre, so it's good for promoting gut health. On this video I am sharing my first experience of using a pressure cooker to prepare Samp. I am sharing my honest experience as I familiarise myself with the equipment.
