Ryanair Flight Report London Gatwick to Dublin 01/10/2022

Welcome back to another video. Todays video is quite special as I took my first flight on my own. For people wondering, here is how I found the flight and some details about it! On-board a Ryanair Boeing 737-800 for a quick hop up to the capital of Ireland, Dublin. I got to Gatwick Airport 2 hours and 50 minutes before my flight. Since I was flying by myself, I was anxious. At first, the Ryanair app showed Gate 3 but it was then changed to Gate 5. My flight that came in from Dublin arrived 10 minutes late (07:50). That’s quite good considering it left Dublin 23 minutes late! Once everyone was on board, we started to push back. We eventually left Gatwick Airport 25 minutes late due to the gate closing much later than planned. We took off from Runway 26L and then climbed up to 32,000 feet (FL320). Once at our cruising altitude, a trolley off drinks and light refreshments made its way down through the cabin. We only cruised for 16 minutes as it was such a short flight. On the way to Dublin, it felt like the flight dragged. This is because we had a 160 knot head wind. As we got closer to Ireland, we had a few bumps here and there. We had a 16 knot crosswind but we made it down safely and was only 9 minutes late.
