Crossing the world famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in an open canoe. DON'T LOOK DOWN!

Join me as I paddle across the world famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in Llangollen (or Llangollen Aqueduct as I’ve been calling it, as I couldn’t spell or pronounce the name). I'm a bit gutted about the go pro footage going across, you cant see over the edge properly and get perspective, a new camera boom and mount has been ordered! Too little too late for this video, but it will capture better footage going forward :-) The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is a navigable aqueduct that carries the Llangollen Canal across the River Dee in the Vale of Llangollen in North East Wales - UK. The 18 arched stone and cast iron structure measuring 126 feet high is for use by narrowboats and canal users and was completed in 1805 having taken 10 years to design and build.
