Seated Indian Club exercises

Here are the basics that I teach adapted to the seated position. So many of us are confined to the seated position whether it be temporary or long term . Here I demonstrate a few things both simple and little more challenging for those people who still love exercise activity and want to enhance their flexibility and strength.
