Galicia Negra
This delicious fig is named Galicia Negra and comes from our friend Bassem Samman who owns Trees of Joy in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. The fig sports a beautiful dark burgundy/purple pulp and is delicious if allowed to fully ripen. Enjoy!
