«Архивные материалы»: Карате Киокушинкай, семинар Акиёси МАЦУИ.

This video block doesn't have much practical significance, but rather an emotional one. After all, it marks another milestone in the development of Kyokushin Karate in the Urals. In 1993, when the idea for a television program about martial arts was just beginning to emerge, Masutatsu Oyama's student, Akiyoshi Matsui, who later became his successor, arrived in Yekaterinburg. Akiyoshi (Shokei) Matsui is a renowned Japanese Kyokushin karate master, holding an 8th dan and the head of the IKO. He successfully passed the hyakunin kumite (100-fight kumite) test in 1986, where he achieved 75 wins, 13 draws, and 12 losses. Matsui's motto was "Hurry, but do it slowly!"
