Heihachiro was a beloved restaurant in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture, for over 30 years. Following the restaurant's closure, much to the regret of many, one man, Katsuyama, set out to revive it. Katsuyama, the owner of several restaurants in Kuwana City, is taking on the Heihachiro Revival Project.
