A very interesting lecture on the Bible, the most widely published and read book for over 2,000 years, whose influence on culture, the arts, life, laws, teaching, and of course, religion—especially in so-called Western society: Europe, America, and Oceania—but also throughout Africa and many parts of Asia—is of immense significance. We will explore how and when the different books of the Bible were written, how the canon of these books was formed, which were accepted, which were not, the causes, the eras, and so on. We will discuss this with Juan Carlos Ossandon, professor and doctor of Biblical Theology, a scholar, and an excellent communicator. It took place during our trip to Eastern Turkey, very close to Mount Ararat, in July 2025.
