We Made £700 at Our FIRST Coffee Trailer Event… It Was Crazy!

Our very first coffee trailer event — and honestly, it didn’t go quite how we imagined… in the best possible way. The day starts early, loading up the car in the rain and heading out to a local event with one big worry in mind: will anyone even show up? This was our first ever time taking the coffee trailer out, and after eight months of building, planning, and hoping, everything suddenly felt very real. As the morning unfolded, things got hectic fast. The cakes arrived late, which meant loading and setting up on the fly. We ran out of milk three times, had two floods inside the trailer, and barely stopped moving once the orders started coming in. At points it felt chaotic — but in the best way. Despite the weather and the early nerves, the event was busy, the support was unreal, and serving our first customers made every late night and problem along the way worth it. This video shows the real side of our first coffee trailer event — behind the scenes, the live moments, the hiccups, and the highlights. Some of the footage comes from our live stream, so the quality isn’t always perfect, but it captures the day exactly as it happened. If you’re thinking about starting a coffee trailer, a food business, or just want to see what a first event is really like, this one’s for you. Thanks for watching — and I hope you enjoy. #CoffeeTrailer #CoffeeVan #MobileCoffee #CoffeeBusiness #FirstEvent #SmallBusinessUK #StreetFoodUK #CoffeeLife #BehindTheScenes #StartupJourney #EntrepreneurLife #CoffeeLovers #LocalEvents
