Saving Grace #4 | Writing Letters to Myself

There are still days when I feel stuck. Days when discouragement feels heavier than hope. Days when anxiety, regret, and exhaustion seem to drown out God's promises. Over the years, God has given me several "saving graces" that have helped me navigate difficult seasons. In this fourth reflection, I share one of the most personal practices that has quietly restored my heart: writing letters of compassion and encouragement to myself. Rather than criticizing myself on difficult days, I've learned to ask a simple question: "What would I say to someone I deeply loved if she were going through exactly what I'm going through today?" I hope this reflection encourages you to extend yourself the same grace that God so freely offers us. If this video encouraged you, I'd love for you to subscribe and join me for future reflections.
