Do Not Forget WHO YOU ARE - Buddhist Stories for Your Sleep

So much of our tiredness doesn't come from the day itself. It comes from the quiet effort of holding ourselves together, of carrying old fears and worries as if our whole life depended on it. Tonight, we set that weight down for a while. This is a long, slow journey through Zen stories and Buddhist teachings, made for rest, reflection, and sleep. We look at the small, separate self that causes so much of our suffering, and the larger belonging the Buddha pointed to again and again. Through timeless tales of fear and tenderness, of letting go and coming home, we make our way back to the peace that has been waiting underneath it all. No prior knowledge of Buddhism or meditation is needed. Best enjoyed with the lights low, somewhere comfortable, with nothing to do but listen. If sleep comes, let it come.
