Club Race in Kyoto, Japan | West Mini-Z Link

This race was impromptu on 6/17/2026 at 10:30pm. The shop closes at 11pm and the owner just asked if anyone wants to have a one class, no battery change quick race. Everyone agreed on running Wide body with 5600KV and 6T pinion. First time to finally experience racing here in Japan on their technical layouts! That was really fun! Thank you to West Mini-Z Link for their hospitality. If you’re in Kyoto, don’t just visit Kuoe watch (lol). Come visit this shop/track. The owner is very friendly, very knowledgeable about Mini-Z, he has a lot of Mini-Z inventories and other scale RC as well. Parts are very well organized! Huge pit area with plenty of room to walk around. This is rare in HK and Japan. Usually space is very limited but not here. A/C in the room and its nice and cool.
