Mount Shuksan: Fisher Chimneys (4K)
For our 1st year anniversary (August 12th), we had to climb something epic! Mount Shuksan caught my attention with its striking beauty and thousands of vertical feet of technical climbing. We took a leisurely 3 days to climb and descend the route, which had thousands of feet of class 3 and class 4 scrambling, steep snow up to 60-70 degrees, glacier navigation, white out conditions, and epic views. All around this climb had a wide variety of challenge and required a lot of different skills. It was super fun and engaging throughout, and certainly no walk in the park! In this video, I capture the journey, the challenge and the beauty, from start to finish. Enjoy!
