Good things come to those that wait!

Well I wasn’t expecting the week to start with Colin’s bottom sticking out of the feed stable! But that’s what I was greeted with when I looked out of my bathroom window first thing on Monday morning! Luckily minimal damage done and not a scratch on him. The weather has finally dried up enough to turn them out into the paddocks. Now the most exciting news for a keen gardener - I have waited years to be able to pick our first home grown asparagus and the wait is almost over it's growing by the day! The joys of being able to grow your own food, I will never tire of that feeling. I can’t wait to share recipes with you all I forgot to share with you last week our new Air fryer that my cousin kindly sourced for me, it’s a Dual basket which is perfect for our family, I have been enjoying getting to grips with it.
