Welcome to another week and another video 🫶🏻 As I mentioned, I wouldn't technically classify this as budget friendly meal prep. but I did include some budget friendly hacks that I've found helpful. Anyways thanks for joining in this meal prep marathon with me - hope you enjoy the meals and hopefully get inspired! I've listed the ingredients below for ease: Roast chicken marinade: 2 1/2 tbsp softened butter 2 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes or more depending on your spice tolerance 7-10 cloves fresh minced garlic 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp salt Fish parcels: 1 bag of frozen bass fillets defrosted overnight in fridge (1kg) 5-6 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tbsp fresh finely diced or grated ginger 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil Orange soy chicken: Around 4 pieces of chicken breast 350ml orange juce 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tbsp crispy chilli oil 1 tbsp monkfuit or stevia 1 tbsp cornstarch Feel free to cook down the sauce without the chicken until it's thickened more Coriander salsa: 3/4 bunch of coriander Zest and juice of 1 large lemon 1 tsp salt Tiny bit of dried chilli flakes 1 tbsp oil Black pepper Creamy zesty dill dressing: 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup lemon juice 3/4 bunch of chopped dill 1 tsp salt Black pepper Asian sawwcee: 2 tbsp sriracha mayo 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or lemon juice Sliced green onions
