"Macie" - The Making Of Film

We documented the 'making of' of our short documentary film called "Macie". The short documentary was filmed over 5 days and 5-10 days total editing so we knew it was a good one to document. As viewers, we watch and enjoy the final films, but there's something about seeing the making of it that is truly satisfying. Getting the chance to see creativity at work, the reality of logistics, problems and behind the scenes of getting the right shot is all part of the filmmaking process that we believe should be shared. So that's we did. Documented and sat down with the core crew to discuss the project, start to finish. You'll see pre-production meetings, the brief, production planning that ultimately gets thrown out the window on the first day of filming, how production problems were solved, how things change during that process and ultimately how all of that created the final film, which has drawn feedback from the Netflix series Drive to Survive Writer and Director and Channel 4. The film isn't the finish for us and Macie, but it is the start of what's to come on this production journey.
