Campionato Italiano Rally 2003 - Tutto Terra Toscana

The race was valid for the Italian Rally Championship and the Terra Trophy. Due to one of our federation's many incomprehensible decisions, the top national championship could only be run with Super 1600s or Super Ns, while the Terra Trophy contenders could race with WRCs. Inevitably, victory went easily to one of the Terra Trophy's protagonists. Pucci Grossi and Pavesi in the ProCar Ford Focus WRC won the race ahead of Navarra-Fedeli in the Subaru. Galli-D'Amore in the Mitsubishi, always extremely fast and spectacular, finished third and 1' in the Group N and Italian Championship. The leading Super 1600 was the Fiat Punto of Dallavilla-Canton, 7' overall ahead of the Mitsubishi of Cunico-Pirollo, of which you'll find a brief camera footage in the report.
