MIele Coffee - frequent problem - fill bean container

This video shows a common problem on built in and countertop Miele units. Unit will not make coffee out of box and says "fill bean container". This is not a failure. Note - we believe that the units are coming from factory on the "fine" coffee ground setting which will probably cause this unit to clog as it powders the coffee. Have yet to have a true DOA unit ship to us so usually it is a settings and cleaning related issue when we get a fault.
