BLKOUT Battle Report 18: Black Pact vs Manticor

We put the newly released Black Pact faction up against perhaps the toughest list in all of BLKOUT: Manticor Borz Group with Bratva, Insertion, and Ubuitsa teams. Robby leads his Manticor force with the Marksman handler while I choose to bring the Covert Handler to support my Black Pact. We play Mission number 2 from Labyrinth, Power Play, with a small change in order to make it more friendly to filming. "The Black Pact is defined by tactical aggression and resourceful firepower.
