Saint-Julien-en-Genevois is a subprefecture of the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Eastern France. In 2018, the commune had a population of 15,509. Spectacular views of Mont Blanc and Geneva from the top of the mountain overlooking the city ,the lake and the Alps. Lovely for an afternoon picnic or a hike up. The Salève, or Mont Salève, is a mountain of the French Prealps located in the department of Haute-Savoie in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
