In such an event, the passenger shall not claim the right to ride however the amount paid shall be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. 4) Visitors have to buy Gulmarg - Kungdoor ticket prior to booking Kungdoor- Apharwat route. 5) Tickets are valid for 2 hours for Phase 1st and 3 hours for Phase 2nd from the time tourist boards at Gulmarg base station. 6) Passengers reporting late for their return journey shall be fined Rs.500/- per person, besides they will not be allowed to board unless the fine imposed on them is not cleared. 7) Passengers with both phase tickets shall have to proceed for Phase 2nd boarding immediately after deboarding from Phase 1st. 8) The return scanning shall close at 5pm at Apharwat station and 5:30pm at Kongdori. 9) For cancellation of tickets kindly raise cance!lation request using the ""Cancel Ticket" feature on the ticket booking website (https://jkcablecar.payu.in/cancel), at least 1 day before the visit date.
