Blackstone 17" table top griddle smash burger
My first cook on the Blackstone 17 table top griddle was of course, the classic smash burger, using Meat Matters ex dairy aged minced beef! I seasoned the griddle with vegetable oil 4 times, added streaky bacon, brioche buns, beef patties, cheese and demolished it! This is such a simple way to cook something so tasty, juicy and cost effective... a real winner! If you have any ideas as to what I should cook on it next, let me know what your favourite is.
