Ultra Street Fighter IV - Zangief Arcade on Hardest + Hard Times Achievement

I blame a previous achievement that I acquired (Good old times) since I also used Zangief for that one What caught me off-guard... and took me too long to get this was... not expecting Seth to have his full moveset as soon as I reached him rather than him unlocking it after being defeated once during the match, so he's literally the only one who gave me continues in this entire run
