Moldova is beautiful in all seasons. But my hometown, my birthplace, is forever and unconditionally dear and beloved. At least for me. Every trip to Vulcanesti brings back fond memories from my childhood and youth. Now, of course, I'd feel cramped there, but during my school years, it was such a beloved and familiar town that I didn't want to leave and set out on my own on the long journey called life. I still remember a few lines from a song we sang in school: "Vulcanesti, Vulcanesti - this is our hometown, Vulcanesti, Vulcanesti - we love them with all our hearts, Our small town, but beloved and dear!" Another trip to the town of my childhood - and a video to remember it by. For those who are nostalgic for my hometown, I suggest a drive along the main street from the bus station to Ananiev Street and back, and from the roundabout to the Cheremushki neighborhood.
