TRIP REPORT | Onboard Austrians new Nightjet | ÖBB | Klagenfurt to Rome | Couchette * MiniCabin

At the beginning of December I tested the new "MiniCabins" in the new NightJet of the Austrian Federal Railways from Klagenfurt to Rome, the capital of Italy. The train was 70 minutes late when it left, which meant I couldn't get on until 1 a.m. However, we arrived in Rome 20 minutes early, which I found very impressive of NightJet. However, I cannot recommend these MiniCabins to anyone because there is far too little space. The climate was far too cold, even on the return journey where I was in another car.
